Ikoyi Grand Hall is a purpose-built banquet space in the heart of Ikoyi, with 8-metre ceilings, central air conditioning throughout, and a dedicated generator house with a 72-hour diesel bunker. The floor plan is column-free across its 620 m² footprint, allowing a full 400-seat banquet or 620-cocktail setup without visual obstruction.
The venue includes a private bridal holding room, a service kitchen with hot-plate access, on-site security personnel from arrival through breakdown, and a controlled entrance from Alfred Rewane Road with dedicated parking for sixty cars.
