About

Bringing structure to
venue sourcing in Nigeria.

Sourcing an event space in Nigeria typically means working through informal referrals, unverified capacity figures and incomplete information on essential infrastructure. Venuralink consolidates that process into a single verified marketplace with published specifications.

Why we’re building this

Every one of us has been let down by a venue before.

Double bookings. Deposits paid before an inspection. Photos that flatter a room you barely recognise on the day. Capacity numbers that quietly cover half the people you invited. No contract in sight, no accountability if things go wrong.

Behind every one of those stories is a client, a host, and an event that deserved better. So we started asking a simple question: what if the whole thing worked the way it should?

Venuralink is our answer. A marketplace where every listed space has been checked by a Venuralink reviewer before it goes live. Where the price you see is the price you pay. Where contracts are the norm, not the exception. Where organisers and hosts talk to each other directly — and where the platform earns its keep by being useful, not by gatekeeping information.

Very few companies in Nigeria work this way. We’re building the one that does.

Our vision

Connecting spaces, people, and moments into unforgettable experiences.

Every decision we make is measured against three principles. They are the shape of the company — and the promise we make to every organiser, host, and vendor who joins us.

01 · Connection

Uniting the ecosystem.

Bringing spaces, hosts and creative talent into one seamless, collaborative marketplace — so an organiser can build a full event, and every person they hire can be found, verified and contacted in a single place.

02 · Clarity

No hidden anything.

Upfront pricing. Verified spaces. Published specifications. No hidden fees, no phantom promises, no pay-to-appear. What you see is what you get — and if we can’t stand behind a listing, it doesn’t appear at all.

03 · Care

Your event matters.

Every event is somebody’s moment. We take that seriously — protecting the lasting impact of yours, listening to your feedback, and earning your trust for every future celebration you’ll ever plan.

What we do

What we do

01

For organisers

Individuals, SMEs and corporate planners access a curated directory filterable by location, capacity, event type, budget and essential infrastructure. Our concierge team qualifies every enquiry, negotiates on your behalf and manages the booking end-to-end — so you can focus on the memories you're about to make.

02

For venues & vendors

Venues and event professionals get a 24-hour digital front with global reach — continuously discoverable by corporate procurement teams, professional planners and private clients. Every enquiry is qualified and managed by our concierge team; you meet the client at handover.

The Venuralink mark

The name and the mark

Venue, aura, link — the space, the feeling it carries, and the connection between the two. The mark holds the same idea: a location pin, interlocked with a chain link, sharing a single stroke. A great space nobody can find is not much use to anyone.

Verification

The Venuralink Verified mark.

A listing carries the mark only after our team has reviewed it by hand, looking at the five things below. It cannot be paid for.

VENURALINK · VERIFIED · NIGERIA · 2025 SPACES · PEOPLE · MOMENTS
Reviewed & Approved Verified Nº 04 · 2025
  1. i.
    Physical location

Address provided by the host and checked against the listing's photos and business details.

  2. ii.
    Operational contact

Phone, WhatsApp and email details checked by our team.

  3. iii.
    Backup power

Generator or inverter capacity declared, and the fuel arrangement disclosed on the listing.

  4. iv.
    Security

On-site guard, gated access or estate security, as described by the host.

  5. v.
    Portfolio review

Photos reviewed against the listing's details and business information.

How we work

Our operating principles

The 3 C’s are the philosophy. These four principles are how we actually run the platform day-to-day.

01

Verified means verified

Verified means our team reviews every listing by hand before it goes live: the details, the photos and the contact information. No listing carries the badge without that review, and it can’t be paid for.

02

Accuracy before promotion

Listings state limitations alongside strengths. This reduces enquiry volume marginally and prevents mismatched bookings — which matters more.

03

Free for organisers

Searching, comparing, shortlisting and enquiring cost clients and planners nothing. Position in results is not for sale, ever.

04

Platform integrity

Every listing is quality-checked before publishing, and any listing can be reported. Our moderation team reviews reports promptly.

Our journey

Where we came from — and what’s next.

Venuralink is the product of years of patient research, ecosystem conversations, and technology building. Here’s the story so far.

  1. Q4 2024

    The idea takes shape

Initial research and ecosystem conversations. Interviews with organisers, venue owners, and event vendors across Lagos and Abuja surface the same patterns of frustration.

  2. Q1 2026

    Venuralink Limited registered

Incorporated in Nigeria as Venuralink Limited (RC 9588411). The name, the brand system and the verification framework are finalised.

  3. Q2 2026

    Building the platform

The core marketplace is engineered end-to-end: verified listings, direct-contact flows, host and vendor dashboards, admin verification workflows, and the payment infrastructure that supports it all.

  4. Q3 2026 · Now

    Onboarding founding venues & vendors

We’re reviewing our founding cohort of event spaces and service providers. Waitlist opens for organisers, hosts, and vendors.

  5. Launching soon

    Doors open

Venuralink goes live to the public. Waitlist members get first access — browse, compare, shortlist, and connect with hosts directly. The event economy in Nigeria gets a spine.

Where we operate

Where we operate

We’re launching in Nigeria’s three biggest events markets first, then gradually expanding across the rest of the country as our verification framework and network of accredited operators grows.

Lagos

Nigeria’s economic capital and the biggest events market in West Africa. The deepest concentration of event spaces, planners and creative talent.

Abuja

The seat of government and Nigeria’s corporate and diplomatic centre. Home to AGMs, policy convenings, product launches and high-profile private events.

Port Harcourt

The Niger Delta’s business hub and gateway for oil & gas conferences, corporate off-sites and a fast-growing private events market.

Beyond these three cities, we’re actively taking founding-cohort applications from venues and vendors in Ibadan, Kano, Enugu, Calabar, Uyo and Warri — and expanding coverage as demand signals grow. Interested in listing outside Lagos, Abuja or PH?
