• Discover. Search our curated directory by location, capacity, event type, budget and specific amenities — such as backup power (generator/inverter) or parking.
• Shortlist & compare. Review high-resolution photos, verified amenities, transparent pricing notes and service vendor portfolios.
• Enquire through Venuralink. Send a booking request or message our team, and we handle the introduction and next steps.

Venuralink is actively onboarding spaces and event talent across major Nigerian commercial hubs, starting with Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt, with ongoing expansion across the country.

Yes. Searching, comparing, creating shortlists and enquiring with venues and event service vendors on Venuralink is completely free for clients and planners.

We are launching soon. Between now and launch we are reviewing our founding cohort of event venues and service providers, and inviting organisers, hosts and vendors to join the waitlist. Waitlist members receive first access on launch day.

It depends on the role you sign up for:

• Organisers receive early access to browse verified venues and vendors the moment we go live, plus concierge support from our team.
• Hosts get priority review, early listing visibility, and founding-partner status when we launch. Listing is free forever.
• Vendors receive priority profile review, early enquiries from organisers already on the waitlist, and feature placement in our launch materials.

Everyone on the waitlist gets a single launch-day email — no marketing spam, no clutter in between.

Yes, joining the waitlist is completely free and there is no commitment. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details at any time by replying to any email from us, or contacting hello@venuralink.com.

We will only send you one email at launch, plus your immediate signup confirmation. If we need to reach you sooner — for example, if you signed up as a host or vendor and we want to start your review — a member of our team will reach out personally.

We do not add waitlist emails to any marketing lists, and we do not share your details with third parties.

Not publicly — not yet. We are reviewing our founding cohort of venues and service providers before launch, and their listings will go live all at once when we open to the public. This is deliberate: it means when you browse Venuralink at launch, everything you see has been reviewed by our team before going live.

Join the waitlist as a Host (for venues) or Vendor (for services), and we will reach out to begin your verification and onboarding. Founding-partner listings that complete verification before launch appear on the platform from day one and receive featured placement.

Reply to any email from us with "unsubscribe" or "remove me" and we will delete your record from our waitlist. You can also email hello@venuralink.com at any time. There is no penalty and no follow-up.

Not at launch — but we are actively taking founding-cohort applications from venues and vendors in Ibadan, Kano, Enugu, Calabar, Uyo, Warri and other Nigerian cities. As soon as we have a verified critical mass in a new city, we open it to organisers.

If you are a host or vendor in one of these cities, join the waitlist and mention your city — we will queue you for verification as we expand.

Use our search and filtering engine on the homepage. You can filter by:

• Location. State, city and neighbourhood.
• Event type. Weddings, corporate AGMs, conferences, birthdays, product launches, photo shoots and private dinners.
• Capacity. Seated banquet vs theatre or standing reception capacity.
• Infrastructure & amenities. Backup power (generator/inverter), dedicated parking, central air conditioning, sound equipment and security personnel.

Every listing page features a Concierge Connect panel — our signature intro service. You WhatsApp or email our team, and we broker the introduction to the host or vendor on your behalf.

Why do it this way? Two reasons:

• Better matching. We can steer you to the right venue for your brief before you commit to a conversation, saving everyone time.
• Screened contact. Every enquiry is briefly reviewed by our team, which protects hosts from spam and organisers from unresponsive venues.

Concierge Connect is free for organisers during launch. You can also submit a standard enquiry form on any listing — both paths reach our team.

Planned: a premium tier of Concierge Connect with curated venue shortlists, launching alongside our Nigerian payments integration. Details will be published on our Terms of Service when live.

Our Shortlist tool lets you bookmark multiple venues and vendors as you browse. You can compare their specs, pricing estimates and amenities side by side from your customer dashboard before sending out enquiries.

Yes. Beyond venue sourcing, our Service Vendor Marketplace allows you to discover verified ancillary professionals who can provide specialised services inside your chosen venue — MCs, caterers, makeup artists, AV crews and more. You can review their portfolios, previous work highlights and connect with them directly.

Yes. Our team reviews every listing by hand before it goes live: location, contact details, amenities (such as backup power and security) and photos. Listings carrying the Venuralink Verified badge have passed that review.

Listing on Venuralink gives your property direct visibility to corporate procurement officers, professional event planners, SMEs and high-intent private clients actively seeking event spaces in Nigeria. It serves as a 24/7 digital storefront to boost your weekday and off-peak occupancy.

• Click List Your Venue or register for a Vendor Account.
• Complete your profile with venue details: address, hall dimensions, seating capacities (banquet, theatre, cocktail) and amenity checklists.
• Upload high-resolution images of your halls, exterior grounds, parking and amenities.
• Submit your listing for approval. We review every listing by hand and email you when it’s done. Listings go live at launch.

To maintain platform standards and protect clients from fraudulent listings, every new listing undergoes a quality check by the Venuralink admin team. While in Awaiting Approval, your listing is being reviewed for completeness, image clarity and contact verification.

High-quality visuals directly impact booking enquiries:

• Use well-lit, landscape-oriented photographs taken during daylight, or during an actively decorated event setup.
• Include wide shots of the main hall and spaces, exterior entrance, parking area, restroom facilities and VIP/holding rooms.
• Avoid heavy watermarks, distorted panoramic stretches and low-resolution phone screenshots.

Verified booking requests land in your Venuralink workspace, and we email you when a new one arrives. Accept or decline there; our team handles the organiser. You can also track your listing's view counts and engagement metrics through your Vendor Dashboard.

Yes. If your property features multiple spaces — for example a main banquet hall, an executive boardroom and an outdoor poolside or rooftop — you can list each space with its distinct capacity and pricing under your primary venue profile.

We onboard a wide range of event professionals operating across Nigeria, including:

• Masters of Ceremonies (MCs) and hosts
• Caterers, mixologists, and food and beverage vendors
• Event decorators and floral designers
• DJs, live bands and sound engineers
• Photographers and videographers
• Makeup artists (MUAs) and stylists
• Private security and ushering agencies
• Audiovisual (AV), lighting and equipment rental companies

Your profile acts as a digital media kit and portfolio. When clients view venue listings in your city, our recommendation engine displays complementary service vendors. Clients can view your gallery, see your service specialisations, and send an enquiry through Venuralink to request a quotation.

Yes. From your Vendor Dashboard you can edit your business description, update your package starting rates, swap gallery images and adjust your active contact details in real time.

Click Login on the top navigation bar, select Forgot Password?, and enter your registered email address. A secure password reset link will be sent to your inbox within minutes.

Log into your dashboard, navigate to Account Settings, and update your official phone number, WhatsApp contact or notification preferences.

We take platform integrity seriously. Click the Report Listing link located at the bottom of any listing page, or email our safety team directly at support@venuralink.com. Our moderation team reviews reported listings promptly.
