• Location. State, city and neighbourhood.
• Event type. Weddings, corporate AGMs, conferences, birthdays, product launches, photo shoots and private dinners.
• Capacity. Seated banquet vs theatre or standing reception capacity.
• Infrastructure & amenities. Guaranteed backup power (generators and inverters), dedicated parking, central air conditioning, sound equipment and security personnel.

Each listing page features a Direct Connect panel. You can click to start an instant WhatsApp conversation with the host or vendor, submit an email enquiry form, or dial their verified phone contact directly.

Our Shortlist tool lets you bookmark multiple venues and vendors as you browse. You can compare their specs, pricing estimates and amenities side by side from your customer dashboard before sending out enquiries.

Yes. Beyond venue sourcing, our Service Vendor Marketplace allows you to discover verified ancillary professionals who can provide specialised services inside your chosen venue — MCs, caterers, makeup artists, AV crews and more. You can review their portfolios, previous work highlights and connect with them directly.

Venues and vendors carrying the Venuralink Verified badge have undergone an administrative review process confirming their physical location, operational contact details, essential amenities — for example functional generators and security — and portfolio authenticity.

Listing on Venuralink gives your property direct visibility to corporate procurement officers, professional event planners, SMEs and high-intent private clients actively seeking event spaces in Nigeria. It serves as a 24/7 digital storefront to boost your weekday and off-peak occupancy.

• Complete your profile with venue details: address, hall dimensions, seating capacities (banquet, theatre, cocktail) and amenity checklists.
• Upload high-resolution images of your halls, exterior grounds, parking and amenities.
• Submit your listing for approval. Our team reviews the details and publishes your listing within 24–48 hours.

To maintain platform standards and protect clients from fraudulent listings, every new listing undergoes a quality check by the Venuralink admin team. While in Awaiting Approval, your listing is being reviewed for completeness, image clarity and contact verification.

High-quality visuals directly impact booking enquiries:

• Use well-lit, landscape-oriented photographs taken during daylight, or during an actively decorated event setup.
• Include wide shots of the main hall and spaces, exterior entrance, parking area, restroom facilities and VIP/holding rooms.
• Avoid heavy watermarks, distorted panoramic stretches and low-resolution phone screenshots.

Enquiries sent through Venuralink are delivered instantly to your registered email and WhatsApp number. You can also track your listing's view counts and engagement metrics through your Vendor Dashboard.

Yes. If your property features multiple spaces — for example a main banquet hall, an executive boardroom and an outdoor poolside or rooftop — you can list each space with its distinct capacity and pricing under your primary venue profile.

Yes. From your Vendor Dashboard you can edit your business description, update your package starting rates, swap gallery images and adjust your active contact details in real time.

Log into your dashboard, navigate to Account Settings, and update your official phone number, WhatsApp contact or notification preferences.
